Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at nani.beauty2021@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions returned to nani.beauty2021@gmail.com .


Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift certificates.


You change
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and record your refund as well.
